An extensive curriculum of on-campus courses is available to students including courses in art, business, computer science, family and consumer science, health, language arts, mathematics, music, physical education, science, social studies, technology and world languages (Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese and American Sign Language.)

Minnetonka High School is one of the few high schools in the west metro area offering a traditional High School Math sequence including:
